Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations for all guests.
Free Cancellation: No cancellation charges apply if canceled at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the arrival date.
Partial Charges Apply:
50% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled 10 days before arrival.
75% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled 7 days before arrival.
No Refund: Cancellations made 0-5 days before arrival or in case of a no-show will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
Refund Processing:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
